Time is precious, especially when you have children, so make the most of your day and stay at school after you’ve dropped off the kids! Our classes are convenient, beginning when the school bell rings, allowing for community engagement using the schools facilities.  Become a Yummy Mummy, a Dishy Daddy, or a Cool Carer and teach your children that a healthy lifestyle is essential for wellbeing. 

  

Physical Education - Wellbeing for Learning & Living

Reduce stress to achieve your best! Compliment your Physical Education syllabus this year, while making it fun, interesting and empowering. Choose any combination of our wellbeing classes to suit all your students’ needs. Stress is inevitable in our lives, so learning how to effectively manage it through yoga and wellbeing techniques, both teachers and students can look forward to a more positive, calmer classroom. 

As an added benefit to this class, you may wish to encourage use of yoga and stress relief techniques in class (10min time outs) and at home. Students learn quickly and easily how to manage stress and negative emotions. Our instructors guide your teachers, and are encouraged to participate, maximising effectiveness on all levels.    

  

Weekly Wellbeing Student Sports Days – Yoga, Pilates & Fitness

Empower your K-12 student’s education with our range of health and wellbeing classes. We conveniently fit into your weekly sports timetable, allowing your students to access the benefits of a well rounded curriculum, on a regular basis. Our classes are specifically tailored to each age group of students gaining physical and psychological benefits, especially with our Yoga class, having a positive impact on their health, studies and self image. Designed for all levels of ability and fitness, our classes are fun and effective!

  

After School Yoga Chill-out Class  

De-stress from the pressures of your school day and clear your head before you hit the homework. A relaxing yet revitalising class for high school students, concentrating on relieving back, neck and shoulder tension.  Refocus the mind and feel re-energised!

Teenage Om Yoga Class

Specifically designed for teenagers, both male and female aged 16-18years, this class is cool, contemporary and perfect for the mind body work-out.  Helping make sense of a chaotic world with like minded peers, this class is performed to funky tunes, in a non-competitive environment. Our Instructors relate to teenage needs, giving them a body conscious work-out, with permission to relax and focus inward. This class can be scheduled for before school, during lunch or free periods, or after school.

  

Boys Club Classes –Yoga/Pilates/Boot camp/ Boxercise

Even the blokeiest boys can benefit from our wellbeing classes, including yoga and pilates.  Increased strength, joint stability and flexibility along with rehabilitation and body awareness and mental strength all aid athletic lads in their on-field pursuits.

  

You Go Girl Classes – Yoga/Pilates/Boot camp

Young girls are notorious for being body conscious, so our wellbeing classes focus on positive body image in a stimulating & comfortable environment. Exercise and relaxation assist in balancing changes in adolescence and increase body awareness. Feeling connected to their bodies, participants are more likely to make healthy food and lifestyle choices.
