Students thrive with the support and direction from the wider school community, which is why we believe it is important to incorporate teachers and parents alike in the participation of our health & wellbeing programs. Greentree Wellbeing offers the following onsite health & wellbeing services to your school: Yoga Our most popular wellbeing class for teachers and students alike, we cater to all age groups. Performed either in your hall/gym or an outdoor area, participants need room to stretch and move, whilst feeling comfortable. Yoga mats can be purchased from us, otherwise you can substitute with a gym mat and a towel. Pilates A great workout to strengthen your core muscles, as you learn how to engage your abdominals and protect your back. This class is fantastic for all adults, and students wanting an alternative type of work out. As with yoga, it compliments other school sporting activities eg. Swimming, football, gymnastics, running & athletics. Performed either in your hall/gym or an outdoor area, participants need room to stretch and move, whilst feeling comfortable.
