Greentree Wellbeing Yoga is conducted on site in a dedicated space free from furniture, with room to move, preferably a board room or conference room. All you need to bring is comfortable loose clothing, and a water bottle. If you already own a yoga mat, then bring it along. Otherwise, you can purchase yoga mats from our instructors at a specially discounted rate of $20 each. Our instructors are fully qualified, experienced and empathic to your needs, and are comfortable in offering a variety of yogas either in a class situation or private sessions. Class Structure Our 60min group class can accommodate 1-15 people, depending on the space available. A single session can be organised for corporate events, training sessions or rewards Regular weekly sessions can be organised to enjoy the full benefits of yoga and run over an 8-week term Private Classes We can personally design a 60min or 90min session just for you.
