At Greentree Wellbeing we offer modalities that integrate the wisdom of the east with the knowledge of the west and Holistic Kinesiology is one modality that does this well. Kinesiology focuses on identifying and treating the underlying cause of any imbalance present in the body or mind. It does this via the use of a biofeedback mechanism from the brain to the muscles, which means that the information the practitioner works with comes straight from your body. You see, we each contain within us cellular knowledge of our imbalances, past events, traumas and best of all, the wisdom of how to move beyond these. The only thing is that we often struggle to identify what our bodies are trying to tell us. Since Kinesiology can tap into this inherent wisdom, it can provide the most effective treatment for our individual needs, at any specific point in time. Accessing this information can be extremely empowering, as it allows us to understand ourselves better, and take more responsibility for our health. A Holistic Kinesiology treatment can help to; - Relieve pain, stress, confusion, physical ailments and nervous disorders
- Detect food intolerances, toxicities, nutritional deficiencies and imbalances of any sort
- Improve performance levels, mobility, hormonal activity, energy levels, self esteem, coordination, self awareness, self expression, digestion, immunity, concentration, posture and brain function
- Eliminate limiting beliefs, toxic emotions, fears and destructive patterns
- Resolve reoccurring problems that are difficult or inefficient to treat by any other means
- Assist with physical, biochemical, emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties
- Restore vitality and an overall feeling of balance and wellbeing
